Davis, who has an M.S. in engineering, was the driving force behind successful ventures such as Orbus Medical Technologies (OrbusNeich), XableCath Inc., and Tryton Medical Inc.Under Richard's leadership, Poseidon Medical Inc. has created a breakthrough medical device technology that holds the promise of saving limbs from amputation, enhancing the quality of life, and increasing the life expectancy for CLI patients. Throughout his distinguished, three decade career in the medical device industry, Richard has exhibited an exceptional track record of inventing and introducing cutting-edge medical devices. Not only has he led the development of innovative products, but he has also adeptly constructed robust business infrastructures to support them. His strategic leadership has encompassed various aspects of new product development, including, but not limited to, design, cultivation of intellectual property portfolios, execution of clinical studies, and the leadership of sales forces during product launches in Europe and the United States.
Richard's collaborative efforts with global thought leaders have enabled him to foresee market demands and drive innovation. As the founder of multiple medical device companies, he has established enduring key thought leader relationships, clinical and marketing pathways, quality systems, supplier networks, and operational strategies, that have helped to ensure the swift development and successful commercialization of groundbreaking products.

John Vacha has 25 years' experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Vacha has had 3 successful M&A exits in the last 10 years holding the role of CEO and/or CFO of those medical device companies. He has served as CEO or CFO of over 10 medical device companies during his career and has raised over $100M in funding over that time. Mr. Vacha also served as Senior Con- sultant at Deloitte, where his clients included closely held high-tech manufacturing start-up companies, as well as large retail and manufacturing corporations. John is a licensed CPA, holds a MBA and an MS in Accounting from Northeastern Uni- versity in Boston, Massachusetts. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at the South Boston Health Center and holds three patents in electrosurgical instrumentation.Liz Groover

Craig has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, and he has also worked with large med tech firms like Boston Scientific and Medtronic, as well as a number of start-ups along the way. His areas of expertise include quality systems, regulatory submissions (FDA and ISO), product and process validation, project management, FDA and ISO audits and certification, as well as post market compliance. He has prepared and obtained FDA 510(k) clearances for devices from the Cardiovascular, Neurology, General and Plastic Surgery, and Ear, Nose and Throat panels of the FDA.Board Members

Paul Enever is a Managing Director at Evidity Health Capital. He has worked in the healthcare industry with a focus on medtech for nearly 20 years. Before co-founding Evidity, Paul was a partner at McKinsey and Company. In his 12 years at McKinsey, he advised leading organizations across the biopharma, medtech, hospital, and healthcare services industries primarily in the U.S. and Europe as well as private equity firms specializing in healthcare. Paul’s work focused on growth strategy, sales and marketing, and licensing and acquisition.
